Linkage Assurance to increase its capital

Linkage Assurance, a non-life insurance company has increased its share capital to comply with the new regulations imposed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).

This transaction resulted in the issuance of 30 billion new shares. Capital will increase from 7.5 billion NGN (20.68 million USD) to 15 billion NGN (41.36 million USD).
