Axa targets well-off customers

Axa Art, subsidiary company of Axa, is marketing a new insurance policy for its particularly wealthy customers owning or not works of art. It is a comprehensive homeowner's scheme baptized “tailormade”. The unique policy covers main residence and secondary one located within the space of the European Union.

According to the insurer, one third of its well-off customers possess a secondary residence abroad. This is the second policy of its kind that the group has put on the market, with the first one having seen the light of day ten years ago.

The new formula is deemed to be more comprehensive than the previous one as it is not only limited to the sole hazards mentioned and it is also including less exclusions. Moreover, it provides also for coverage against cyber risks.
