Decline in motor insurance premiums in the United Arab Emirates

Motor insurance premiums fell by 20% in the United Arab Emirates during the first half of 2018. According to the supervisory authorities this decline is accounted for by the competition between the different companies of the Market.

The 50 local companies are campelled to lower motor tariffs in the hope of gaining market share.
