Level of assistance to provide for clients affected by the instability

According to an official from the Kenyan insurance associations, it is up to the companies to decide on the level of assistance to provide for clients whose activities have been affected by the country's stability. Generally, insurance policies do not cover political risks.
In light of the growing claims triggered by the current turmoil into which the country has recently convulsed, many companies are trying to examine on the-case-per-case basis third party liability clauses and the real circumstances surrounding each loss.
