Mapfre Algérie: First assistance application

MapfreIn partnership with Trust Assurance, Mapfre is introducing a motor assistance application called "My Trust Assistance".

Launched in December 2019, the product provides policyholders with access to a wide range of services and functionalities.

My Trust Assistance offers policyholders :

  • a 100% digital and multi-channel assistance service
  • Road and home assistance with immediate information and vehicle geolocation
  • home assistance with the availability of plumbing, locksmithing, glaziery and electrical services to the policyholder.

These services are available 24/7. A "Life Style" service is also available. The latter, designed in collaboration with the start-up company FIXIT, enables policyholders to benefit from free medical teleconsultations through the " Santédom " platform.
