Africa Re: 45th Annual General Meeting

Africa Re's 45^th Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 June 2023 in Rabat, Morocco. The meeting will be an opportunity for the pan-African group to review its activities and discuss the main developments within the company and in the market.

The Annual General Meeting will be attended by:

• Nadia Fattah Alaoui, Minister of Economy and Finance (Morocco),
• Mohamed Maait, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Africa Re and current Minister of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt
• Mohamed Hassan Bensalah, President of the Moroccan Federation of Insurance.

It should be recalled that in 2021, Africa Re recorded a turnover of 845.35 million USD and a net profit of 38.823 million USD.
