AIG protects itself from Brexit consequences

American International Group (AIG) is willing to create a new subsidiary in Luxembourg. This entity will centralize all of the group's activities in continental Europe. The base of London will then cover only overseas business.

This project, which is expected to materialize in 2019, would be a response to the possible withdrawal of the passport which allows free services between Europe and the United Kingdom.
