AssurLand Africa: towards the acquisition of the firm Vincent & Associés

The broker AssurLand Africa started negotiations with the firm Vincent & Associés for the acquisition of its entire capital. Through this transaction, AssurLand Africa is looking to strengthen its presence in West Africa. The deal would be finalized in November 2020. The brokerage firm Vincent & Associés has been present in Burkina Faso since 2004.

Founded in 2006 in Mali, the AssurLand Africa group is operating in Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and Angola.
