The French group has reached an agreement with the Dutch bankinsurer ING on the takeover of its Mexican subsidiary ING Seguros for the sum of about 1.5 billion USD. Ranking third on the Mexican market, ING Seguros has reported a turnover of 1.9 billion USD in 2007.
