Converium lodges a complaint against SCOR

In reaction to the takeover bid launched against it by SCOR, Converium, which deemed the move hostile, has decided to lay charges against its rival at American courts for violation of stock market legislations.

For analysts, who are hardly impressed by Converium's arguments, the recourse to justice is a move that is designed to buy time for bargaining.
