The African aviation pool has reported a 25.6% decrease of its turnover which is mainly due to the fall in aviation insurance tariffs. From 996 610 USD in 2015, premiums fell to 741 172 USD at the end of 2016.
The pool which gathers 53 insurance companies is endowed with an underwriting capacity of 8 110 000 USD in 2016.
