Mehdi Tazi completes the acquisition of 80% of AXA Assistance Maroc

Through his holding company ASK Capital, Mehdi Tazi has finalized the acquisition of 80% of the capital of AXA Assistance Maroc from AXA Partners. The remaining 20% of the capital will still be held by AXA Assurance Maroc.

Following this operation, Tarik Alouajaji has been appointed CEO of AXA Assistance Maroc. He will be accompanied by Loris Nazon as Deputy CEO in charge of development and transformation.

AXA Assistance Morocco will continue to operate under the AXA brand and will remain a privileged partner of the French group.
