National Life and General Insurance Company: new appointments

National Life and General Insurance Company (NLGIC) has made new executive appointments:

• Martin Rueegg - Group CEO of NLGIC Group
• S Venkatachalam - Regional CEO of Health, Life and Supply Chain of NLGIC Group
• Dr Dhafir Awadh Al Shanfari - Group Chief Operating Officer of NLGIC Group
• Hanaa Fahad Al Hinai - CEO of Al Ahlia Insurance

The new management team will oversee all the group's companies, namely National Life & General Insurance Company (NLGIC), RSA Middle East, Al Ahlia Insurance, Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance, NLGIC Support Services Private Limited and Inayah TPA LLC.

It should be recalled that NLGIC, the insurance subsidiary of Oman International Development and Investment Company (OMINVEST), has recently finalized the acquisition of RSA Middle East, a subsidiary of the British group Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (RSA).
