Studies
- A. Soce holds two Master’s degrees from Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) in Dakar, one in Business Management (2006) and another in International Trade Policy and Negotiations (2009). He further specialized in insurance by earning a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Insurance (DESS-A) from the International Insurance Institute of Yaoundé (IIA) in 2010.
Professional career
He began his career at NSIA Senegal in December 2010 as Head of the Motor Department. In 2016, he was promoted to Technical Director.
His leadership potential took him beyond Senegal in 2022, when he was appointed Technical Director of NSIA in Congo-Brazzaville. A year later, he was promoted to Technical and Commercial Director of the Congolese subsidiary.
In January 2024, Soce returned to NSIA Senegal, where he successively served as Central Operations Director and Deputy CEO before taking the helm as CEO.
