Reorganization at the head of Lloyd Assurances

Lloyd Assurances is adjusting its management structure. The duties of chairman of the board of directors and general manager are no longer assigned to one and the same person.

Taieb Bayahi, former chairman and general manager, now holds the position of chairman of the board of directors, while Yazid Sellaouti has been promoted from deputy general manager to general manager of the company.
