SIC Insurance focuses on improving customer relationship

SIC Insurance has presented its roadmap for the years to come. Ghana's non-life insurer is planning to increase its market share, focusing on the improvement of customer relationship and on the deployment of new technologies.

"Today, it is important to establish a relationship of trust with policyholders and to offer products that are better adapted to the new needs of consumers," explained Stephen Oduro, CEO of SIC Insurance.
