STAR Assurances: new measures to preseve the business

Following the extension of the general confinement period, STAR Assurances has introduced the following measures:

• Agencies and offices are out of service until the end of the confinement period, that is 19 April 2020.
• Insurance contracts which have expired since 22 March 2020 are to be automatically renewed as of their effective date. In addition, the policyholders will benefit from a seven-day validity extension, from the date of resumption of business.
• Claims notifications may be conducted by phone (70 255 000 – 70 255 255) or e-mail (allostar@star.com.tn).
• The company continues to operate remotely and through teleworking.
