STAR: distribution of a dividend worth 3.820 TND per share

The Annual General Assembly of the Société Tunisienne d’Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR) will be held of 30 June 2020 at LAICO Hotel, Tunis.

The Board of Directors will be proposing to the shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 3.820 TND (1.36 USD) per share for the financial year 2019, to be fully distributed.

For the record, STAR, the leading company in the local market, closed the year 2019 with a net profit of 22 million TND (7.852 million USD).
