According to a press release dated May 12, 2017, Swiss Re acquired a minority stake in Manzi Finances, majority shareholder of NSIA Participations.
The transaction woth 100 million EUR (112 million USD) will enable the Ivorian group to consolidate its financial base and to pursue its expansion strategy on the African continent.
