Al Rajhi Takaful: 2022 results

Al Rajhi Takaful has recorded a 25.75% increase in its turnover in 2022. The premium volume went from 2.76 billion SAR (735 million USD) on 31 December 2021 to 3.47 billion SAR (924.04 million USD) twelve months later.

The net result before zakat (tax) has dropped by 13.45% over one year to 99.868 million SAR (26.6 million USD).

The profit decline was mainly due to a 5.6% increase in the incurred losses which reached 1.9 billion SAR (506 million USD) by the end of 2022.

The company's shareholders' equity has progressed by 3.13% to stand at 1.3 billion SAR (346.2 million USD).
