AXA shares open to employees

Every year since 1993, AXA has been offering its employees in France and abroad the opportunity to subscribe to a capital increase specifically reserved for them.

Called "Shareplan 2023", the operation concerns more than 110 000 employees of the French group from 40 different countries. The offering will entail the issue of 58 951 965 shares with a total value of 135 million EUR (146.4 million USD).

The subscription period runs from 23 August to 6 September 2023.

This shareholding plan enables the company's employees to acquire shares on preferential terms.
