AXA's capital open to its employees

The Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC) has taken note of the increase in the capital of the insurer AXA that is dedicated to the employees of the group.

This increase will be done through the issuance of nearly 59 million shares.

Like those of all the Group's subsidiaries, Moroccan employees will be able to subscribe to this increase. The share price is set at 192.48 MAD(19.5 USD).

The operation called "Shareplan 2016" involves AXA's subsidiaries in 36 countries. More than 120 000 employees are targeted by this initiative.
