Macir Vie unveils its new digital ecosystem

Algerian insurer Macir Vie officially launched its new digital ecosystem on 7 July 2026, introducing several innovations designed to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the insurance sector's digital transformation.

The ecosystem includes a redesigned website, a next-generation mobile app, and Hayat, an AI-powered chatbot.

Beyond insurance services, the mobile app features an interest-based personalization tool that tailors content and services to each user's profile.

The platform also incorporates MySanté Map, a smart mapping service that enables users to quickly locate partner healthcare professionals and medical facilities across Algeria.
